B 1 year ago Brian Neville Perfect size for tents! Very pleased with the fit and quality. I picked up two and store several different sizes of backpacking tents and shelters and this size is ideal. P 1 year ago Peter Collins Excellent customer service I previously posted a negative review on these baskets complaining that the shipment was weeks late with no word of expected availability. I was called two days later by Proslat. The representative apologized, provided an update on the expected arrival, provided a discount for my troubles, and indicated that they were modifying their procedures to make sure that customers were well-informed about any issues with services. This indicated that they pay attention to reviews, care about the reviews, and act quickly to resolve any problems. Excellent service that is very appreciated!
